This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all users of QuizMeAnytime™ – Understanding Fundamentals. By subscribing to and accessing our learning services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Fee

The subscription fee provides access to QuizMeAnytime™ – Understanding Fundamentals, including:

• Deen (religious) learning notes and quizzes
• Academic (Duniya) subjects and practice quizzes
• Structured and concept-based educational content
• A focused and ad-free learning environment
• Continuous improvements and content updates
• No hidden charges

2. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, as access to digital content is granted immediately after successful payment.

Refunds are not provided for the following reasons:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Accidental or mistaken subscription
• App uninstallation or non-usage
• Device, internet, or compatibility issues

3. Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store:

• Subscriptions may be auto-renewing, unless cancelled by the user
• Users can cancel anytime via Google Play subscription settings
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period
• Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle

4. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations, such as:

• Duplicate or double payment for the same subscription period
• Payment completed but access not activated due to a technical issue

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours with valid proof of payment (transaction ID or screenshot).
